Basketball News: Former India women’s basketball captain Prashanti Singh talks to PS

Former Indian women’s basketball team captain Prashanti Singh feels that without proper structure basketball can't grow in India. Singh came to attend a workshop in Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium which was in collaboration with Tony Parker Academy. Former India captain praised the initiative and said that these initiatives will help grow basketball in India. When asked about Indian women’s team’s poor performance in ongoing FIBA Asia women’s championship she said that if India want to beat any team then they need an advanced level of setup.
