Japan PM Shinzo Abe on 2020 Summer Olympics postponement

Shinzo Abe, the Japanese Prime Minister, said that the mega event in Tokyo has been postponed for a year. The Japanese officials and International Olympic Committee (IOC) president Thomas Bach took this big decision of postponing the Tokyo 2020, which was due to run from July 24 to August 9 in the Japanese capital, on Tuesday. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the IOC took the decision of not organising the Olympics this year.
