Football: Ziyech leads Lampard's praise of Blues newbies

Hakim Ziyech was singled out for praise by Frank Lampard after Chelsea's win against Sheffield United. Ziyech: "[Hakim Ziyech] has given us an extra edge and a different threat, I have spoke about it before with him, but he’s been out of football for a long time so I think it’s really impressive how quickly he’s hit the ground running. He gives us a different style in terms of the left foot off the right side for us. It’s not something we’ve had much of in recent years. The ability; to make the last pass, last cross, make the assist, break teams down that have a low block, I think we saw that today, we clearly saw that today. And his personality has rubbed off. I keep talking about personality, I think it’s a huge thing in football and with the signings that we’ve brought in, a lot of them are bringing that on and off the pitch and that’s important. And his confidence he exudes and how much he wants to receive the ball and be the important player that makes the assist has been a big plus."
