Football: Moyes pictures his time as Man United boss

West Ham United manager David Moyes regrets to not sign Toni Kroos during his time at Manchester United. Sir Alex Ferguson, after winning 13 Premier League titles, retired from the world of football management in 2013 and appointed David Moyes to lead the club forward. In the 2013 summer transfer market, Moyes’ United wanted to sign Toni Kroos, Cesc Fabregas and Gareth Bale but ended up with the Belgian Marouane Fellaini. Robin van Persie, who scored 26 goals in 38 Premier League appearances in the 2012-13 season, blasted just 12 goals in 21 PL appearances in the 2013-14 season. A massive dip in RVP’s form and various other issues led the Red Devils to sack Moyes in April 2014.
