Football: Mourinho must be given time to succeed at Spurs - Pulis

Veteran former Premier League boss Tony Pulis says Jose Mourinho must be given time and support at Tottenham Hotspur. Tony Pulis: "He [Jose Mourinho] is a fantastic manager and his record shows given the tools and everything he can win football matches. He needs time. The big problem in society today, and especially in sport, is that everybody thinks it’s going to happen overnight, irrespective of what you inherit, or what is left behind for you to pick up. He needs time and fingers crossed they’ll give him the time there. If they do that and they back him financially then he’s proved he’s one of the great managers over the past couple of decades, hasn't he."
