Melbourne Victory edged Western Sydney Wanderers 5-4 in Match-week 18 of A League at Marvel Stadium, Melbourne. This is the first game and the first win for the Navy Blue led by interim head coach Steve Kean after the team lost 7-0 in the Melbourne Derby in last match-week. Ben Folami scored a brace in the first half, and Victory led 5-1 in the second half before the Wanderers reduced the gap from four goals to one in less than 15 minutes to the game time.
