Leeds United chairman, Andrea Radrizzani, hopes that the unity at the club will grow in the Premier League. Radrizzani: "The leadership, I feel I need to be the first one to be, give the example and leading by action, rather than by my words, and then the people I have chosen, in particular Angus Kinnear [Managing Director], Victor Orta and then Marcelo [Bielsa] to execute a way to work and prioritise always the togetherness. I am very proud that the team now is united, what I have seen in the days of celebration, was really amazing to see the cohesion between the players and Marcelo, and between the players and us as a management and also Marcelo with us and also the fans are part of this, so everyone is really together. It seems easy to say but, there is a lot of hard work and what we have put outside our training centre, 'side before self' is our motto and I am really proud that we are leading with that in mind."
