Football: Koeman makes no secret of intent to swoop Garcia from City

Ronald Koeman faces a race against time to lure Eric Garcia away from Manchester City to Barca. Koeman: "It is true we want to have this player [Eric Garcia] here because we only have three or four centre-backs which is tight. I cannot say anything else. I have seen Pep Guardiola's comments from Manchester City, and it is true. I wish we could sign him, but on the other hand, we are aware of economical difficulties that each club goes through, so we cannot say anything else.
