Football: Grealish deserving of England opportunity, says Redknapp

Harry Redknapp is surprised Jack Grealish is not getting more of a chance at international level. Redknapp: “I do [think Jack Grealish should be in the England team]. I’m a big fan of his. Massive fan. In truth, I don’t think Gareth [Southgate] is such a big as fan of his as I am. Players like that over the years… going back many years, Alan Hudson, Tony Currie, they were similar type of players to Grealish, they probably got a couple of caps, but any other country, they’d probably have 100 caps. I get that feeling with Grealish. I don’t see where they’ll pick him, I don’t see him getting in the England team. But he’d be in my team every day at the moment with the way things are, but I don’t think other people have the same opinion as me."
