Football: Atletico Paranaense beats Fluminense 2-0 in 1st leg of Sudamericana semi-final

Renan Lodi scored in the 19th minute after his initial shot was blocked by a defender but immediately found its way back to him for a second attempt. In the second half forward Pablo would nearly double the score when his shot would get past goalkeeper Julio Cesar only to crash off of the crossbar. Substitute Rony, who came on in the 70th minute, scored a header eight minutes later to put Atletico Paranaense up 2-0 after a cross from Marcio Azevedo found him in front of the goal.
