Cycling : Vlasov takes 23 overall lead in Tour de Provence

Alexander Vlasov of Russia won the second stage of the Tour de Provence, taking the overall race lead in the process. Vlasov was 24 seconds clear of Team Sunweb's Wilco Kelderman with another Astana rider, Alexey Lutsenko in third. Vlasovleads Kelderman by 23 seconds overall going into the next stage.
