Nino Schurter and Lars Forster won the opening stage of Swiss Epic 2020 around Graubunden, Switzerland, on Tuesday. The Swiss duo conquered the 60km course in three hours 1.09, finishing ahead of Italians Fabian Rabensteiner and Samuele Porro (3:02.28) and Austrian/German pair Daniel Geismayr and Ben Zweihoff (3:02.34). In the women's race, American Haley Batten and Dane Annika Langvad dominated, finishing in three hours 48.57, eight minutes ahead of Swiss Sina Frei and Nicole Koller (3:56.59) and Germans Nina Benz and Kim Ames (3:58.23).
